--- ORIGINS & SOURCING PLATFORM

Two origins, one careful way of working

Colombia and Tanzania are part of one sourcing logic: stay near origin, protect quality, learn across geographies and offer buyers clearer options for traceable green coffee.

Colombia gives the platform deep coffee knowledge, owned farms, mountain agriculture, accumulated know-how and a strong base for quality execution.

Tanzania

Tanzania adds another origin base, different harvest conditions, portfolio diversity and a broader view of green coffee supply.

--- The terroir thesis

Origin shapes the quality of a coffee more than any other factor.

As with wine, soil, elevation, rainfall and climate work together to define how good a coffee can become. Our farms rest on the forested slopes of extinct volcanoes, where mineral-rich soils and high Andean altitudes give each lot its character.

01

Volcanic soil

Mineral-rich slopes of extinct volcanoes.

02

High altitude

Andean mountains, 1,250–1,800 masl.

03

Rainfall

Steady moisture across the growing year.

04

Equatorial climate

Proximity to the equator allows two harvests.

--- Two harvests a year

Proximity to the equator gives us two distinct harvest windows.

Main harvest

01

September – November

The primary crop and the largest volume of the year.

Fly harvest

02

April – June

A second, complementary crop that widens availability.

--- WHY IT HOLDS

Origin converted
into confidence.

01

Owned farms

Owned farms give us direct visibility into agricultural decisions and allow the brand promise to stand on real work, not only on commercial language.

02

Origin relationships

Origin is made of soil, climate and varieties, but also of people. Our sourcing work depends on teams and partners who understand harvest timing, quality expectations and the daily reality of each place.

03

Portfolio view

The value is not only in individual lots. It is also in how profiles, volumes, availability, risk and buyer needs are read together.

04

Buyer value

For buyers, this means clearer conversations, better planning, more useful options and a team that understands both the cup and the supply chain behind it.

--- Micro-lots & cup profiles

A portfolio built for range.

Our portfolio spans a range of cup profiles. We build micro-lots to offer single-origin coffees of the highest quality, each with a distinct flavour profile that can be tailored through brewing and roasting.
