Good coffee depends on people who do the work well.
Behind every lot there are field teams, process specialists, quality professionals, commercial relationships and a family culture that treats coffee as a long-term responsibility.
COFFEEINE
--- The human craft
People make potential real.
Specialty coffee is built on people. It is grown by hand, picked by hand and processed by hand, and the whole process is overseen by specialists who dedicate their lives to producing the best coffee. Origin determines a coffee’s potential — people are the ones who make that potential real.

--- The teams
Who makes the coffee, day by day.
01
Family ownership
Being family-owned matters because it brings patience, direct involvement and care for decisions that cannot be measured by one harvest alone.
02
Field teams
The field team turns agricultural knowledge into daily practice: observing, timing, selecting, reviewing and caring for each farm.
03
Process teams
Process teams protect the passage from fruit to green coffee through standards, routines, testing and careful review.
04
Quality teams
Quality teams give buyers a common language for profiles, consistency, risk, availability and decisions by lot.
05
Commercial team
Commercial work is more than negotiation. It means listening well, clarifying needs, sharing useful information and responding responsibly.
06
Partnership view
We value long-term relationships because coffee improves when each actor in the chain understands the role of the others.
--- Community & Foundation
A family company that puts its people first.
As a family company that prioritises the wellbeing of its workers, Oro Molido recognises the crucial importance of people and the surrounding community. That emphasis is visible on every farm, where we provide free access to health and education services through our Foundation, working hand in hand with local schools to inspire and support programmes and activities.

--- Oro Molido Foundation — Music & Harmony
Music as a path to social transformation.
The Music & Harmony project of the Oro Molido Foundation opens paths of social transformation through the power of music. Children and young people from different communities find here a space to express themselves, develop their talent and strengthen values such as discipline, teamwork and creativity.
More than an arts programme, it is an opportunity for participants to build dreams, connect with culture and find in music a tool to grow in harmony with others.
